This is an 8 session program tailored around your specific needs and ambitions regarding your weight loss and healthy body. I provide the support to help you get the most out of banting for a healthier, slimmer you!
Banting course outline
Session 1 | Introduction
During this session, we sum up your current situation, your triggers, specific problems as well as your goals, needs and wants. Its time to observe old habits over the next few days and where necessary, if required optional blood tests may be needed. (This is always optional)
Session 2 | Restoration
Here I give you the tools and information to start your new way of eating and living. We go through any adaptaions that can be made if needed so as to make your new way of eating an easy transition to your healthier life.
Session 3 | Reinforce
This session we identify your shortcomings and any problems you have have been experiencing. You may need alterternative recipies of ways of doing things and thats what we go through.
Session 4 | Transformation
Your personal transformation may be quick or slow depending your desires, determination and dedication. We continue to monitor your experience to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for you.
Session 5 | Continuance
This is a monitoring session to contine the process of fine-tuning your transformation. We monitor what goals you have reached, create and add new goals. These goals can include anything pertanent to you (exercise/ fasting/ other habits you may want to change).
Session 6 | Preservation
Here we looking into all the good changes, what is working for you and these we preserve. We may move into the preservation phase of your eating or continue with transformation its all at your individual pace.
Session 7 | Preservation
We work on the preservation phase and check where changes are needed or not and where cheating is acceptable especially when its corrected.
Session 8 | Summing up
During this session, we sum up your progress and your program. Have you reached the goals set out for this date? Are you happy with your progress and discuss if you would like to continue on your own or if other guidance or help is required.
